In De Bourgondische Hemel is a beer bistro that serves more than 120 Belgian beers and Belgian-style beers from home and abroad and offers a range of delectable bistro dishes. The term Bourgondische is used in Belgium, where people have a strong attachment with great eating and drinking. This word was born as a general term to collectively refer to people like “gourmet” or “foodie” in Japan. This is the origin of our restaurant’s name. Bourgondisch refers to people who enjoy eating, and Hemel means heaven.

This is brewed by natural fermentation with natural yeast that exists only in Belguim. It has been matured severel years and it’s called Lambic. Boon Geuze is a blended beer with older Lambic and younger Lambic, and it ferments in the bottle. This full body beer has sweetness and sourness.
Blended with 18month oak barrel aged beer and 8months aged younger beer. Has well balanced sweetness and sourness.
This beer and glasses are made to enjoy the beer on horse wagon. At many bars, those glasses got stolen. You will be addicted to the flavor too.
Has fine creamy head and strong alcohol with smooth taste. The devil lives in this beer.
This is a very rich beer with very well balanced flavor of sweetness like fig and aroma of bitter chocolate.
When you have a sip of this beer, you can taste and enjoy triple flavor of sourness, sweetness and bitterness. Originally, saison beer was brewed in winter to drink in summer to moisten farmer’s throat.
This fruity beer has citrusy bitterness and sweetness as if an orange is in it. It is bottled in ceramic bottles and it is quite unusual as Belgium beer that it hasn’t got original glasses

Trappist beer is brewed by Trappist breweries. There are only 6 in brewery and only they can call their product as Authentic Trappist Products. Top fermentation and has secondly and thirdly bottle fermentation. High alcohol and fruity flavor.
The designation "abbey beers" (Bières d'Abbaye or Abdijbier) was originally used for any monastic or monastic-style beer. Most common brand is Leff. The first abeey beer was in 1950s when Leff monastery asked local brewery to license brew their beer
This beer is brewed in the winter to drink in the winter by farmer. It has bright orange clour and bottled in Champaign style bottle, Second fermentation is kept going in the bottle, taste is fruity and refreshingly fuzzy.
High alcohol and golden colour. Light touch but rich taste.
Brewed by using large amount of wheat. Cloudy light yellow colour and keep head for long period . It has fresh aroma and fine sourness. Wheat brings fruity sourness and oat brings smoothness. By blending those non malted grain will create white beer’s complex flavor.
Instead of barley, it is brewed with red barley and this will make this beer red. This was originally brewed at Rodenbach Brewery in West Vlaanderen in west Belgium. Top fermentation and matured in huge oak barrel for 2 years. It has distinct sour flavor.
